Federal Realty, LLC, Primestor Development, Inc., Azalea Joint Venture, LLC, and RED Development, along with any of their subsidiaries and affiliates (referred herein collectively as “Federal Realty West”) are committed to protecting your privacy. The information that you provide to Federal Realty West (sometimes referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) is utilized in order for us to (among other things) provide you with the highest level of customer service reflective of the quality of our brands.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to our offline and online data collection practices, including when you visit the websites of any of our California properties, including but not limited to the locations identified in Appendix A and any applicable websites identified in Appendix A (referred herein as the “California Property Sites”), when you inquire about our services, when you subscribe to any of our California Property Sites mailing lists or when you engage with us via email or on social media, and when you visit any of our properties as identified in Appendix A.

We may update this Policy from time to time, as specified in the “Changes to This Privacy Policy” section below.

Your Consent

Please review this Policy periodically. You should read this entire Policy before submitting information, including personal information, to us in any form or using our Site. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect personal information using the following methods: 1) from you when you voluntarily provide it, including online when you visit our website, or when you interact with us in any other manner; and, 2) using automated technology, including when you visit our California Property Sites or interact with our electronic advertisements or communications. Personal Information

Federal Realty (West) collects Personal Information, such as your email address, name, address, or telephone number based on your communications with us including submission of forms on the California Property Sites and communications via email, telephone call, and other electronic messages.

At certain locations, Federal Realty (West) utilizes Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) to collect license plate numbers of visitors who use the parking services. Federal Realty (West) uses this information to facilitate payments for parking and to identify the number of parking spaces available. When you visit our California Property Sites, we collect information about you through your browser, computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, device ID, browser type, domain names, access times and dates, number of clicks, pages viewed, one or more cookies (as described below) that may uniquely identify your browser, and referring website addresses. This information is used by Federal Realty (West) for the improvement of our California Property Sites.

Sensitive Personal Information

Federal Realty (West) collects sensitive personal information, including your video or photographic images on our security feeds if you enter any of the physical locations on our Properties as set forth in Appendix A. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from minors in the United States or elsewhere with or without the consent of their parents or guardians. Children (under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Website or utilize our Wi-fi services unsupervised. We ask that children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are not 18 or older, you should not visit or use our Website, Wi-fi services, or engage in our social media accounts. Requests to Know

To make a request for any of the information set forth above (a “Request to Know”), please submit a verifiable consumer request pursuant to the instructions below. You may make a Request to Know twice within a 12-month period. We will acknowledge your Request to Know within 10 days and will attempt to respond substantively within 45 day, but may need up to 90 days to complete your request.

The Request to Know must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom the personal information was collected, sold or disclosed and must contain sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.

The Verification Process consists of matching identifying information provided by you with the information we have about you in our records. We collect and use Sensitive Personal Information as set forth in Annex 1.

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics or for any purposes other than those set forth in Regulations Section 7027(m).

RIGHT TO REQUEST DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information collected or maintained by us (“Request to Delete”), subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.

To make a Request to Delete, please submit a verifiable consumer request pursuant to the instructions below. We will acknowledge your Request to Delete within 10 days and will attempt to respond substantively within 45 days but may need up to 90 days to complete your request.

The Request to Delete must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom the personal information was collected, sold or disclosed and must contain sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request. Additionally, as permitted by law, if the information requested to be deleted is necessary for us to maintain, we will not be able to comply with your request. We will review all information provided by you to us, to determine whether the information is inaccurate. We reserve the right to delete the information instead of correcting if such deletion does not impact you or you consent to the deletion.

We will retain correspondence, documents and information related to any Request to Correct for 24 months as required by law.

RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. As explained in the chart in Annex 1 of this Policy, we and our third-party partners, such as social networking sites and advertising companies, share your data in order to serve you with ads tailored to your preferences across various platforms. This type of sharing may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA. You can control the information shared about you and request an opt-out.

Opt-out Preference Signals

We honor opt-out preference signals that you enable, including a Global Privacy Control. Opt-out preference signals are plug-ins available in certain browsers that signal to websites you visit of your preferences to opt out of the sale and sharing of certain personal information. In order to process your request through an opt-out preference signal, you must use a browser supporting the preference signal. If you choose to use an opt-out preference signal, you will need to turn it on for each browser and each device you use. Participation in any financial incentive program is entirely optional and participants may withdraw from the program at any time. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

When your authorized agent makes a request related to your personal information, we will require the agent to provide the above written permission. We may also require that you verify your own identity directly with us at the time such a request is made.

California Do Not Track Notice

Because there are not yet common, industry accepted “do not track” standards and systems, our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. In addition, we may allow third-parties to collect personal information from your activity on our website, as described in the “Information Collection and Use” section above.

Although we do not disclose to any third-parties for their marketing purposes any personal information, California residents are entitled to receive the following disclosure information under California law:
